PERSONAL TRAINING

Having a Personal Trainer is an essential step towards achieving your fitness goals. Evolve Fitness will ensure that you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently in order to maximize results.

Along with designing personalized training programs based on each of your needs, Evolve Fitness will help you to establish short-term and long-term goals. While promoting healthy habits, they will hold you accountable and challenge you to become the best version of yourself.

Private training sessions stand apart from semi-private and small group training, in the level of customization and personal attention.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Do you want to workout with more than one person? You may like the personalized experience of the private training but the dynamic energy that comes from training with another person.

Receive the level of customization in your workouts that you would get from private training, but with the support and cost savings of a small group.

Evolve fitness offers semi-private training for all ages and experience levels.

Sports Performance Developmemnt

Evolve Fitness Sports Performance Training will give athletes of all ages the tools to take their skills to the next level.

Either small groups or private training, sessions are comprehensive and designed to build the complete athlete.

Activation and movement, dynamic warmup, speed and agility, strength and power, mobility and flexibility, along with injury prevention.

Athletes will focus on moving the body in one direction as fast as possible, coupled with the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture. This will improve their speed, move more fluidly, react faster and make more plays.
Athletes will focus on strength and conditioning exercises to improve performance by applying, general sports training principles.  To achieve full potential, aspiring athletes must understand proper posture, balance, their movement patterns, and enhance their coordination.
